I think that we all agree that traffic is potentially money in any case when working on the internet. Writing articles to get traffic is much simpler than most might think. It may not be easy but it most certainly isn’t rocket science, You just have to buckle down and put in the time. Knowing about the internet and page building is a plus. Knowing how it all works and fit together for the best possible outcome is very important if you are going to be successful in writing articles to promote a website or a product. First of all writing articles to promote can be done with or without a website. The immediate information will be on writing to promote with a website.

1. Don’t complicate things by writing about subjects that you
have no knowledge of. Be easy on yourself, Make a list on things that you are passionate about or at the very least are
knowledgeable about.

2. Then from your list choose a popular topic that seems to
interest enough other people that it’s worth while building a
product around. This will require some researching to see if
there is actually a market for your potential product, searching the internet with keywords on the subject is a good
start, making inquiries on the subject etc. Maybe even
checking the public domains to see if the subject has ever
been popular before.

3. After your research is done and it seems to be a good subject or topic of interest, go ahead and build a website based on that product. Be sure to build your site so that it
is optimized for the keywords that your potential customers
will be typing into the search engines. Keep in mind that a
product can be pretty much anything, making sure it holds
value of course. The more value it holds the better the
product. Another thing to keep in mind is that Information
Products sell better than anything else on the internet (hint). An information product can take on many forms, an e-book, a 10-15 page how to booklet, simple info on a health subject, pet health, Get the idea!

4. Monitize the traffic to your site. Using affiliate programs, paid advertising or your own products are the most common ways.

5. Here is the point where Writing and submitting interesting
articles can bring an unlimited amount of targeted visitors to your site. The Keywords, the site, the articles, should all be built around the keywords that are typed in the search bar during the search engine use phase by the prospect, which is how the visitors are targeted to your product and are thereby directed to sites built around specific keywords for that product. Some keywords are more competitive than others and are thereby harder to use for getting targeted traffic to
your site, during the research phase for which keywords to use, choose wisely, remember you are building an entire
business around those words and choosing highly competitive words can render all of your work totally worthless, on the
same note choosing a keyword with no value at all can have the same affect potentially. You can use a keyword with a lot
less value than you should but you will have to do a lot more
work to make it a favorite among search engine users.

6. After your articles have been written simply distribute them to directories and newsletters all over the internet for
a virtually unlimited flow of traffic some of which can be permanent.
